Are we talking chilly, or are we talking FREAKING-COLD!!!!!!! Yes, the latter. Brrrr. Bring on the pumpkin lattes please!
Now that we're in a new season (yay Autumn!), I am looking for some new hobbies to add to my artsy list. I have fallen totally in love with glass beads by my pals Blanche and Guy http://www.etsy.com/shop/guymelamed?ref=seller_info - the colours, patterns, ALL of them. I have more than a few of their sweet froggy necklaces too. I have some beads from them that I want to make into a necklace so this weekend I'll head over to the art store to get some supplies. Can't wait. I love learning new things! Plus wearing glass beads is wearing art!
Plus it will soon be official "Monkey Hat" weather BUT this year, I'm adding a new animal to the line-up. A fox! Have always loved foxes - no wonder, my hair is the same colour. Here is the photo:

Sometimes it gets nice and comfy in our own little world and anything that hints of change has us racing like kittens for a catnip mouse (analogy from my world!) - however, change can also sweep those cobwebs out of our creative corners (ooooh a Halloween reference - boo!) and give us new inspiration!
Even if you can embrace a teeny bit of change this week - a new flavour of coffee, taking a different route to work, or switching your regular radio station for a few hours - it all adds up and helps keep things interesting. So, what are YOU going to try this week?
