Everything Old is New Again!
Howdy Gentle Reader,
Happy warm Friday to you. About 85F now!! Amazing Fall weather. The rain is on the way but for now...lovely!
This afternoon I bought my first knapsack in many years. I had thought I had "downsized" to a messenger bag but lately have found I am carrying around a bunch of smaller bags! WTHeck?? Plus now that I am taking the camera out more, this is far more practical. Also it holds my laptop. WIN-WIN!!
After looking at my Fall/Winter clothes this past week, I am thinking a new pair of boots should be on the list. Supposed to be an extra cold winter so am planning ahead.The sales are on now too. FAB!!
Sometimes we think we're outgrown fashion tastes (well that DOES happen), musical preferences, and even friendships. However, never say never! Just because you stopped wearing a certain type of jacket, or rarely see a particular buddy any more, doesn't mean you can't revisit in the future. I used to be someone who would have these BIG sweeping conversations about "changes" (usually with myself mind you!) only to back-track months later. No more Gentle Reader,no more.
We don't need to experience life in just black and white. There is grey too and many MANY shades of it! What works one day might the next. Always good to be open to changing your plans and your mind.
That way, the possibilities are endless!
This weekend will finding me doing more painting (did 3 last weekend and will aim for a couple tomorrow). Also catching up with a longtime bestbud on Sunday. Yes, of course, lots of kitten time in there too!
