Nice to be Nice
Hey there Gentle Reader,
Hope you're not melting too much. Still hot-as-heck out there. Feels like 44C right now (111 F) according to the weather network. I wonder if this is what it feels like on Mars?
Gearing up for the weekend AND my "ta-da!" lists. Time to do some housekeeping too - of the emotional kind (yes, I know, you have suddenly decided it is time to view a bunch of kitty videos on YouTube). Get back here, You! Nice try....sheesh.
Speaking of nice, that's today's blog. Badda bing, badda bang!
With every season change, I find it a good time to review various areas of my life. Today, it's people! I admit that I am a collector even in the virtual world, especially when it comes to hanging onto emails. Sometimes not the best for the computer - as I found out last week (and $126 later!). Much smarter to print out a few of the special ones and let the others go. Believe it or not, you don't need to get a larger hard drive but just delete a lot of outdated emails. Removing the emails doesn't mean you think any less of the person who sent them. It's a good practice to do.
The Universe is pretty wise - clearing out one area gives you the space for other wonderful things to arrive!
You need to keep the nice and eliminate all the rest. Whether this includes people in your world (AND virtual planet like Facebook), or items in your closet or even extra lbs (been there, done that, STILL doing that!).
All about QUALITY over QUANTITY. Please give yourself permission to allow only the BEST of everything in your life. That's what I want for YOU.

I love this post, monkey. I am in the process of simplifying my life & all that is in it. People, things, words, emails, bookmarks...all of it. It is a little harder to shorten the facebook list but I have to find a way to do it. All those people do not care about me!
