Clean Slate Friday
Hey there Gentle Reader,
Can you believe that we've reached Friday AGAIN?! These weeks are moving at a quick pace. Granted I've only been back for part of it but it was STILL long!
Tomorrow finds me helping a friend move and doing a photo gig on Sunday. More details on Monday (though we don't want to race through the weekend now, do we!).
I love Fridays because I enjoy planning my tasks for the week. Many people like putting "r&r" down on their list and nothing more! That's fine for some but would make me too restless. I am my happiest when organizing and accomplishing tasks. Truly.
I've been working on a book on kitty S.J. for a few weeks now that I will self-publish in July. Will definitely let you know when and where it will be available. I would love to raise funds for some animal rescue organizations. S.J. has a lovely life but there are many cats and dogs who do not have the same care and love. The kitties want to help them.
I've also subscribed to a few iPhone 4 newsletters so will know when it is "time"!!! Not that the media won't let me know as well! Have already got the coinage. *waits staring at calendar*
Bought some clothes today and will do the "old one out, new one in" dance for all.
G20 work continues in the downtown core. Should make for interesting times for the week of June 20 and including June 27 and 28. Have the camera ready....
So Friday is when I like to write a fresh list of goals for the weekend. Makes me happy that I start with a clean slate. Sure, there will be items on there from other lists (some activities have many steps) BUT there will also be new ones too. Artsy stuff but of course!
What are you planning to do this weekend? You knew I would ask.
Until Monday!
Linda

I really like your blog! Your style of speaking reaches out to everyone and in this particular entry when you ask what everyone else has planned for the weekend, you are showing that you are interested in what's going on with your readers - I like that a lot.
