Hey there Gentle Reader,
How have you been? Thank you for your patience. Seems this old monkey needs time to wind down AND wind up! Even with all that coffee and bouncing Siamese kittens in my world. All is groovy again.
Lots of artsy fun during my vaycay. A few parties (Erella's was the BESTEST evah!), a yard sale, kitty-sitting, and get togethers with pals. Facebook, you ROCK when it comes to keeping me connected to my beloved community.
Two more salons coming up soon (attending, not participating) and plans to do a show with a musician buddy - maybe in July. All very VERY good.
I did quite a bit of organizing too - yes, I love it THAT much!! I am finding that when I do recycle items, I am very particular now in selecting replacements (if needed at all). I used to be crazy about quantity - most collectors are - however, now it is about quality. My days are over when I had boxes of items housed in storage units. EVERYTHING is out of the closet - literally! So important to appreciate and enjoy your stuff. Get it out there, see it, love it. If not, then give it away. You work very hard for your coinage. Don't throw it away on just anything.
You may know about my longing for my old Blackberry and current plans to get a new phone. Am now waiting for the iPhone 4 to arrive in Canada. I'm ready Apple!!!! APP on! My plans for a new pc can wait for now. The iPhone will be treasured!
