Dear Universe,

Thank you so much for all the amazing people and adventures you have shown me.

For the long-time pals who bring magic and love to my world and the new ones who add so much sparkle.

To  the art community for welcoming me with loving and supportive arms and pushing me into the parade when I’d rather be cozy on the curb.

For adding joy to my heart when loved ones enter and for healing when others go.

Thank you for teaching me that you’re always changing and growing. That I should expect nothing less than greatness from you even when I’ve lost hope.

To show me that when one door closes, another truly opens. Sometimes more than one.

For giving me the chance to connect to people whom I have admired, loved, and appreciated and getting the opportunity to tell them so in person.

For blessing me with the ability to express my creativity and emotions through colour – whether it be on canvas or in photographs.

For teaching me about trust and taking chances even if the risks are great.
