Multi-Asking
Hi there,
Get your lovely self in here. Coffee is ready and I've got tea and chilled juices too. Always want you to feel at home!
You know that I am avid list-lover-maker - write them all the time! However, I have tried a new trick that really seems to work for unlocking big ideas. It's called Blue Sky Thinking. This occurs when you create a list of ideas that will help you with your goal and nothing is too wild, crazy, or impossible. Not lack of money, time, energy, or even reality!
At first you'll start your list with practical and logical ideas. So far, so good. Nothing too out of the ordinary yet. Now here is where the fun begins. As you continue moving that pen to paper, your imagination really kicks into gear and some of the suggestions can be pretty far out there. THAT is where those brilliant plans live - in that part of your noggin'. Your subconscious can really surprise you when it comes to thinking what you want versus what you TRULY want in your heart. Sometimes you have to write 20 or 30 ideas on that list before the colourful ideas start to shine.
Think of it as another way of asking the Universe (yes, capital U here folks, I adore the Universe!) for your deepest desires and trusting that the Big U will provide for you in the BEST way possible.
If you're a visual person like I am, instead of writing words, you can draw/doodle your wishes on paper. The same lovely thing will happen where one picture will trigger an idea for the next. Makes me miss the days when I would save up my allowance to purchase the latest Doodle Art poster (black velvet too!). Remember those? Good times.
Until Friday, keep dreaming!
Linda
