Just Because
Hi there!
A rainy spring Sunday here in Toronto and just doing laundry. Oh yeah, and here with you too! Plus coffee. Hey howdy.
Do you ever feel like you analyze your life a wee bit too much? I mean it's good to review stuff and work out the areas that are causing you stress (AND working out the stress too) but do you really need an answer to every question?
Remember how our Moms used to say "because I said so" when we questioned every single thing we had to do - from making our beds to coming inside when it got dark on a school night? My thought is a twist on that idea for myself. "Just Because"
From now on if I want to buy a coffee for the person behind me on a Tuesday morning, I can....just because.
I can wear my fancy girlie underthings under my jeans and t-shirt when doing laundry....just because.
If I want to watch Twilight or download the latest Justin Beiber tunes (like ALL the teens are doing), I will....just because.
For breakfast, I will have a perfectly iced lemon cupcake on a Saturday with a non-fat latte (yes, this makes sense to me!)...just because.
I will paint my toenails chartreuse this spring...just because.
AND I will continue being here, with you, supporting your dreams, and encouraging you to be the BEST you...just because.
