Right Here, Right Now....

Hiya,

Yay for Thursday! Why Thursday you say? Well FRIDAY always gets the applause so thought I'd give a shout-out to Thursday.

You know, we've chatted before about living in the moment and being grateful for our world today.   Always good to be appreciative of how much we have accomplished during our life journey so far.  However, here's my challenge.   Sometimes I tend to live on the edge of today while touching the tip of tomorrow.   Kind of like some type of time traveler though I'm not really traveling.  I'm sort of in A but not quite in B.  Make sense?  Definitely a work In progress!

I tend to have so much enthusiasm for the moment that it overflows to the next.  Kind of like that amazing sunny afternoon where you're sitting on a patio with pals that you want the day to go on forever and forever. EXACTLY like that actually!  I can't help but want more of it and more often.

However, this is where is gets tricky.  By focusing your telescope on a bright tomorrow, you might not fully appreciate a fabulous TODAY.  Even if this hour isn't as spectacular as you had imagined, there are still sparkly moments.    You just have to be able to see them and trust there will be more in the future.

That's the deal here. Trusting that the universe will happily give you more of those amazing times.  Knowing that you can be in the moment and enjoying every second of every second and REALLY be present.  Not pining for dessert when the main course is just being served. You might miss the Yorkshire pudding while racing to get to the chocolate cake.  Both are yummy!

Now I know that when life is going fabulous and fun, all you want to do is embrace it and not look back.  I strongly encourage you to do that every day!  Promise me that while you are planning for that amazing tomorrow, you remember to enjoy your terrific today!

Thank you. xo

Linda
