Game On!

Hey there,

Monday and it is a holiday here and in the US (Family Day for Canada and President's Day south of the border).  Also the last day of my vacation and it was fabulous! Spent the afternoon with an artsy pal whom I admire so much and he is my inspiration too!  We're getting together again next weekend but that's another blog!

Being on vacation has been fun but I am so glad to get back to my regular routine tomorrow.  I did get back on the bike today BUT also indulged in my meals for the entire week. Oh boy! Let's just say that I'll be back on WW with a full-time commitment to lose the fun weight (yes, even weight gain from a holiday can be a sunny thing - kind of!)

So, I have my game plan in hand.  To repeat the first few weeks that I did when I originally started Weight Watchers back in April 2009.  As I mentioned in yesterday's blog - to KICKSTART - my goal!  Sometimes your body needs to have treats for awhile in order to get to the next level of weight loss.  Shakes things up!  Usually works very well when you plateau.  Gives the body a chance to adjust to change.

That will be my plan for the rest of February then.   I am VERY excited about it. Truly! I admit that I love my routine BUT also enjoy going in another direction when I want a different outcome.  Usually does the trick!  They say (the OFFICIAL THEY) that the main difference between animals and man is that animals won't repeat certain behaviours if they don't work out but man will do the same thing over and over and expect a different outcome!

We can chat about this again during the first week of March and I'll let you know how it went.

Until then, what goal are YOU working on that might need to go in a different direction for awhile? Details please!

Linda
