Time for a New Game Plan!

Hey there,

Sunday and it is THAT Sunday - with the nachos and the 7-layer dip, and burgers and stuff. SO I got to thinking (sorry folks, I may come from a sports-minded family BUT not this gal - music is my love).  I need a new game plan myself.

In the last few weeks I've been straying from my WW plan.  Not good.  No real weight gain but it's just a matter of time before that slippery slope kicks in.   I still LOVE all food and lots of it but need to take this health plan to the next level.  

I started Weight Watchers on April 15, 2009 and am very proud of what I have lost to-date.  This is the year that I tone up and add weights to my daily schedule.   While riding the exercise bike 4 to 5 x a week is a regular habit, taking this up a notch is not.

Sometimes you need to take your goals and do them in phases.  Makes it easier to achieve them AND you get to celebrate the success more than once! Win-win!!

So goal one was losing the 50 lbs, goal two is toning up and goal three (and THIS is a secret between us ok?) is a tattoo before my 49th birthday in August.  Feline theme.  You'll see!

This is my vacation week so easier to put goal two into place.  Keeping up with the exercising and keeping occupied with lots and lots of painting!
