Holiday Stay-cation!

Happy MONDAY to you. Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate? It is that time of year!
Well DAY 1 of the pre-holiday vacation week. HOORAY!!!! Much needed (aren't they all?). For one thing, I have been staring at many blank stretched canvas this week (all behind me on the easel, shhh......I think they hear us....) and have a list of painting ideas (A LIST?, you shriek!! Linda, that is so UNLIKE you! HA!!) Some are gifties this Christmas and some for sale so others can give them as presents. All very exciting.
The weather is starting to feel more wintry - minus 3 or 4 celcius now and SNOW is on the way!! You can tell I am not a driver by my excitement for the slushy stuff!! This gal has boots and she's not afraid to use them...for walking that is...you thought wha??...we'll talk...later.
Have some lovely things planned for this week - some are surprises and some are written in ink (green yet!). Of course WW on Wednesday night as per usual. Got to see my Weight Watcher Peeps and get weighed in. Still inching towards that 50 lb weight loss. Soooo close.
Thursday is going to be lunch out with a new pal who makes me laugh so much that my side already hurts. That kind of goodness. Humour is THE BEST gift and so lovely. Will be wearing my holiday attire for sure!
Friday is my hair appointment at 7pm. Well a two-part session - colour this week and cut next Saturday. Seeing issa in concert on December 20 though will be BEHIND the camera at this show (still want to look good though - haven't seen her since 1994 or so!)
Well I swear one of the canvas just moved SO time for me to do the same.
