Got Stuff?
Happy Tuesday to you! Hope your Monday was fabulous. If not, hey, it's Tuesday! No worries.
Are you a collector? Now I don't necessarily mean of the obvious things - Christmas ornaments, candles, purses (yum!), or books (double yum). I mean of things that you might not realize you collect - receipts in your wallet, socks (especially ones without mates), Christmas magazines (need 'em, got 'em, need 'em), and endless packages of gum.
I have always been a collector but have noticed that my collections now have their own collections. My purses seem to have a different wallet in each (NO money in the wallets mind you but they are there!). I seem to own a small American Apparel in my closet with t-shirts in every colour where I only wanted a black t-shirt and my journals have baby journals (but they are SO cute!)
When I was a kid I collected marbles, horse figurines, Snoopy stationery, stickers, and all things Helen Reddy (scrapbooks, photos, records, and t-shirts oh my!) As I got older I collected animal figurines (branched out from just horses!), socks (wacky seasonal ones), and dance cds. Oh yeah and still all things HR.
Now my collections include endless music (thank YOU iTunes), Acme Studio pens, journals, and art supplies. All creative stuff. Oh and art. I LOVE LOVE LOVE art. Paintings, mixed media, glass, and photography. Art by others inspires me to create my own. The only problem is that I am running out of walls!
Collections sometimes tell you things about yourself that you're not even aware of too. Your real passions.

I collect cats! just kidding! I wish I could but my apartment is too small. I am at capacity with my four babies.
