Walking on Sunshine

Hi there and welcome back,

Hooray for Friday!! This week has felt longer for me because of being sick the previous week.  100% better now! How was your Thursday? Do tell!

As you know, I try to keep this blog all nice and sunny for ya.  Basically I am a very positive person and always try to see the best in life and in people.  Sure I have concerns like everyone else - usually about things I have NO control over but that's just me! What? You too.  I knew it!

I've always been a happy little camper. Some may have whispered "Pollyanna" and that's probably true!

Now life hasn't always been sunshine and lovely but I do try to stay optimistic as much as possible. As I get older, I realize that there were many (MANY) years spent on worrying what might happen vs. what actually did happen.   I tend to worry a lot less as I get older.  Well a lot less about me personally and more about others - my parents, and friends with major health issues.

Plans for the weekend? Mine include a visit with my folks and and going to an art exhibit by a new friend, Sandra A. Morris (Sam) at Urbanspace Gallery (401 Richmond St. W.)  Her partner Mary was my first boss in 1985. Small world no? Mary's dad Professor Rowe (well I called him this but I'm sure he's just Dad to Mary!), was my favourite teacher at the University of Western Ontario in 1983.

Have a fabulous Friday and we'll catch up again tomorrow!

Keep smiling!
Linda
