Happy Last-Day-of-September to you!

Hope you had a great Tuesday and are anticipating an even better day today.

Yesterday the autumn temps arrived in full force - so much that I ran to my flannel pjs!  The only thing is (and I am NOT complaining mind you) is that the pjs were bought last winter when I was a much bigger monkey! 5 sizes bigger actually! 

Earlier I wore my fall jacket to work and that too is oversized now.  More items to add to the shopping list!

Weight Watchers tonight (I attend at the St. Charles location) with hopes that the scale will be smiling - which of course makes me smile!  Will let you know the outcome tomorrow.  If you're on your own weight loss journey, I would love to hear about it. Strength in numbers!

Kitten Jack is loving the windy days and watching the leaves swirl around outside.  His first birthday is just weeks away now.  He is growing up so fast!  Will have lots of photos to show you soon and a video. He is one sweet boy.

Time to get on that exercise bike now (30 minutes a day).  Watching CP24 at the same time. www.cp24.com - channel 24. Everything you need to know is on this channel (as they say!)
